Description
OmniChannel is a multi-issue, team-on-team, cross-cultural, negotiation exercise situated in the context of technology licensing in the TV space. This exercise is designed for students in undergraduate, MBA, and executive negotiation classes who have already engaged in simpler negotiation exercises. Learning points include identifying issue types, creating value and claiming value, managing intragroup and intergroup processes, and understanding cultural values and norms that influence cross-cultural negotiation. Please note: This version uses two fictional countries, Kappa and Upsilon, in place of the United States and China in the original version.
